motorguru.com's Justin Bell and Father Derek Bell to Race in the 2008 Rolex 24 Hours Of Daytona

Delray Beach, Florida (PRWEB) January 26, 2008 - motorguru.com's Justin Bell, world champion driver and winner of the prestigious 24 Hours of Le Mans, will team up this weekend with his father and 5-time Le Mans champion Derek Bell to race in the 46th Rolex 24 Hours Of Daytona -- a race Derek has won three times previously. The pair will pilot the No. 12 RVO Motorsports Pontiac Riley Daytona Prototype alongside team owner Roger Schramm and co-drivers Paul Dallenbach and Tonis Kasemets. Justin and Derek have a history of competing together in endurance sports car racing in Europe and the U.S., including the 2003 Daytona 24 Hour in a GTS Corvette and driving a McLaren F1 in the 1995 24 Hours of Le Mans.

Justin's childhood and professional career has always evolved around cars. He has previously owned and operated racing, defensive driving and young driver training schools -- including a stint training defensive driving techniques to the U.S. Secret Service. But his skills extend far beyond the driver's seat, having nurtured a career as an automotive television host for a variety of media outlets including BBC, MTV and Speed Channel.

Justin's most ambitious project is about to take-off with the launch of motorguru.com, a video-centric automotive review website dedicated to bringing the latest vehicles, news and information to consumers exclusively in video format. Justin has partnered with automotive industry veteran Mark Ramsey, formerly responsible for Mercedes-Benz's exclusive AMG, SLR McLaren and Maybach products in the U.S., to develop motorguru to become the leading on-line portal for entertaining, informative, credible and engaging automotive videos and information. motorguru users will expect regular and entertaining stories and reviews of all types of vehicles such as the MINI Cooper S whirling around a go-kart track (e.g. a 'mini' racetrack) to road and track driving in the best performance vehicles U.S., European and Asian brands have to offer. Each story will be hosted by credible on-screen personalities such as motorguru's lead host Justin Bell.

motorguru will launch to the public in early 2008 and change the way consumers stay informed about automobiles. To see previews and register for updates about the upcoming launch, visit motorguru.com.
